I got into marathon running in 2017 and have loved it since the start. Alongside cannabis, marathon running has helped me to structure my life around events that are important to me. A race day is compareable to a “gameday” for me and the thrill exceeds many things for me.
I have many uses for Cannabis surrounding a run and training for a run. I smoke cannabis before runs to help calm my nerves. It also reminds me to focus on my breathing. I use it after runs to help unwind from the damage that a run does to my body. It helps me stretch and/or meditate free of pain or aches.
