I currently host a lifestyle blog for millennials living in a cannabis friendly state. I focus on forward thinking companies looking to break down barriers in the industry specifically those utilizing cannabis in their daily lives whether it is for working out, meditation, yoga, or just being more health conscious.
I also host Light & Lit Yoga – a cannabis friendly yoga class as well as a “Lit Yogi” line of apparel and yoga accessories. I’m also a 100-hour Ganjasana yoga instructor.
I work out 5 times per week and practice yoga daily utilizing cannabis into most all aspects of my life whether it be through tinctures, CBD, or inhaling the herb.
I utilize cannabis into my daily lifestyle each morning with CBD tincture and then will use cannabis in the evening before my yoga routine and to relax after a long day of work. I also incorporate cannabis into my weight lifting routine as I find it allows me to be more focused in the gym and helps me target muscles more effectively. Cannabis is also a huge part of my yoga routine as I will start class with responsible cannabis consumption allowing students to utilize the plant to drop deeper into meditation and lower inhibitions and racing thoughts.
