Since moving to Boulder over 3 years ago, I have been a passionate advocate about using cannabis as a way to achieve mental, physical and spiritual wellness. I started Huff & Puff 420 Fitness in January of 2017 and teach weekly classes at local 420 friendly facilities, where I teach people about products and exercises they can use to reach their health and wellness goals. My mom and I also completed the High 5 Race Challenge in 2017, completing 5 races in 5 months, from a 5K to our first full marathon. The goal of this challenge was to break the stigma surrounding the lazy stoner stereotype and prove that we could fuel and heal our bodies with cannabis for our training and on race day. The next challenge we will be tackling is the International High 5 Race Challenge, with races planned in the US (420 Games),Canada, Costa Rica and Spain.
