I am a recent college grad and I am an absolute sports fanatic that loves to stay active. I currently workout 5-7 days a week and if i’m not hitting the gym I am running, biking, or just going for a walk to get my body moving and feeling good. I love my life and I am the person I am today because of sports and my active lifestyle.
I use cannabis as a pre-workout most days because it makes me hyper focused and dedicated to my workouts. I also use it as a post workout because it helps me relax and is a great anti-inflammatory to help me feel fresh and rejuvenated even after a hard lift. I don’t smoke before and after every workout because I like to keep my body guessing and I enjoy switching it up, however cannabis is a huge factor in my active life and helps me get more out of my workouts.
