I use cannabis when I meditate and at night to help me sleep and reduce inflammation. Since I teach, I do not use it during the day but it is a nice way to unwind and get in the flow. When I get injured its my go-to since it helps aide in healing broken bones, while other medications inhibit bone growth (and all the other other negative side effects) I also use CBD infused topical ointments on my skin.
