I workout daily and have a personal trainer. My trainer is also my Zumba instructor. I attend Werk Fitness it’s my home away from home. I’m looking to run in my first marathon this year. Did I mention I use herb? I’ve replaced 4 medications I was taking to help with depression and cronic back pain. I have 2 herniated discs and took meds to maintain. I no longer maintain…I run, wrestle and give piggy back rides. I need this and want this so others can see that weed isn’t just for rappers and pop icons. It’s needed for everybody
I replaced 4 medications I was taking for cronic back pain. Once I started smoking I could see a great difference in my willing to get in shape. The meds would keep me down and sleepy and I gained over 30 lbs. I don’t use “wraps” or tobacco products when I smoke. I find if I smoke before a workout I have less street on my lower spine. I’m more relaxed. I get a better workout and I drink more water. Cotton mouth isn’t a bad thing lol. It helps me get the extra 20oz of water I was missing.
