In high school I was a Left Guard Offensive Lineman – so, you could say, I’ve been working out since I was 13 years-old. While 270 pounds worked in high school for football, after I graduated I wanted to lose the weight. That’s when I discovered cannabis as a tool to help me train smarter, harder and longer. I’m now 32 years-old, the weight is long-gone – and I still use cannabis daily to enhance my workouts. After graduating San Jose State University, with a degree in communications, today, I love communicating with people about fitness, health, and teaching them about breathing techniques during workouts. The right breathing techniques can enhance coordination, isolating, cadence, and performance. I have also developed a unique program that gives my clients gains and relief during training – I call it a Stretch Out. Walking the talk with my own workouts, sharing performing enhancements with others – and using cannabis in a positive way – all these elements can make-up a perfect platform for health, wellness, and endurance.
