If I were to define myself by my interests, I’m a rockclimbing actor-painter-musician-artist, local-food-loving vegetarian that craves good ethnic foods, cannabis, fine wine and beer. If I were to define myself by my career, I am entrepreneur that specializes in digital marketing and promoting social enterprises in the cannabis industry and beyond. However you choose to define me, I am a funny and friendly guy always looking to connect to new people doing great things. I prefer to use CBD post workout when possible. Dabbing or drinking a CBD sports drink is optimal. However, I use THC pre- and post-workout as well. Heavy indica use prior to rock climbing helps keep my fear of heights at bay and keeps me moving slowly and using my energy efficiently. Heavy sativa use does not improve my climbing. Mostly I don’t feel high the minute I start a run, so I’m not certain it improves running for me.
